Braces In The 1990s and After
Braces seemed to become more common during the 1990s, and they occasionally showed up in movies as well.
The movie Theres Something About Mary (1998) even featured a lead character who apparently liked braces. The movie included scenes with a Ben Stiller character sporting a mouthful of braces.
